Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The room was conveniently located near the pool, but I was forgotten for maid service during my visit. The transition from the pool to the rooms was smooth, providing easy access. However, some improvements are needed in the service aspect, as not all interactions were positive.
The hotel is conveniently located for air travelers and attendees of nearby events. The rooms, although lacking windows, were very clean and nicely equipped with essential amenities, including a fridge, coffee maker, and a small flat-screen TV. The service was exceptionally friendly and helpful, from the front desk to housekeepers and maintenance staff. Unfortunately, the location was impacted by feather allergies and being close to a noisy convention hall.
The hotel is conveniently located close to the pool area and the smoking area, but the rooms are not very suite-like and lack windows for fresh air. The service was wonderful to us, especially in the dining room, with friendly and very helpful staff. The location is overtaken by graduation parties but remains close to MSU, making it convenient for air travelers. The dining experience was very good, and the facilities looked great but were not fully utilized.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were spacious and initially clean, I encountered some issues like finding dirty socks under the heater and struggling with the window and lack of toilet paper. On the positive side, the service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff throughout my interactions. The location was convenient, but the hot tub could have been better. The dining experience was satisfactory, although it would have been improved with more choices. Overall, it was an average stay with some highlights and room for improvement.
The hotel is conveniently located close to the pool area and the smoking area at a cheap rate. The service is super friendly, with quick responses from room attendants and even maintenance workers. The location is clean and well-maintained, closest to the university and airport. The dining experience was satisfying, especially enjoying homemade ice cream. However, the facility's outdoor pool looked great but wasn't utilized. Wi-Fi access may be restrictive.
The hotel provides nice rooms with very pleasant and helpful staff, excellent parking but outdated amenities. Unfortunately, our check-in was delayed significantly, impacting the overall experience.
